These Terms govern your use of the Poocho AI website and any products made available through it. Enterprise deployments are governed by a separately executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) which controls in case of conflict with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Account registration

Certain features require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except as permitted by law).
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
Use the service to generate, distribute, or facilitate spam, harassment, or unlawful surveillance.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Poocho AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view it for personal or internal evaluation purposes.

If you provide us feedback about the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without restriction or obligation to you.

6. Third-party services

The service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., CRMs, telephony, messaging platforms). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

The website and any free-tier or trial services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poocho AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the website.

You agree to indemnify and hold Poocho AI harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
