We believe the tools that run critical customer conversations must be usable by every employee who needs them. This statement describes our current accessibility posture for the Poocho AI website and product, the standards we work against, and how to report issues.

Our commitment

Poocho AI aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act, Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act, and most enterprise procurement requirements. We treat accessibility defects the same as functional defects in our product roadmap.

Reporting accessibility issues

If you encounter a barrier using Poocho AI — on this website or in the product — please tell us. We will respond within 5 business days and target remediation within 30 days for WCAG AA defects.

Formal complaints

If we have not adequately addressed your concern, you may raise a formal complaint via your jurisdiction's accessibility regulator or the European Commission (for EEA-based users).
